Exciting article, I enjoyed reading
it. I had party at my friend’s place. We enjoyed a lot. He has built a deck on
his backyard. I asked him about how he did he put the deck, is it safe? He said
he hired
Rhino Deck & they follow safety rules to build a
deck. Even I am thinking to put a deck at my house. Any feedback about them

Christians have been persecuted, killed, and forced out of islamic countries and places where muslims have a majority. this is typical of an article to satisfy the western liberal, who is walking on egg shells so as not to offend muslims. BTW, "islamophobia" is a term that was coined by the islamic council of north america. this was a piggy back off of homophobia. they saw an opportunity to "guilt" westerners to accept islam as "religion of peace".

I'm pretty surprised this article was posted. I love this website but honestly, this article goes too overboard. Ask the Maronites of southern Lebanon how safe they feel amongst the Muslim Hezbollah stronghold. Ask the Copts how safe they feel in Egypt. Having been to Israel several times and having had one-to-one intereactions/converstions with Greek orthodox and Armenian Chrisitan secular and religious figures, I know for certain the article presented here is ridiculously blown way out of proportion. You want hard truth? Ask the Christians of Taybeh how they feel about beling persecuted by fellow Palestinian Muslims.

This site is going to become a joke, if the don't start filtering the articles that are listed for consumption. To even print this makes me second guess the wisdom of this website. As an Orthodox Christian and a rational human being, I am offended by the thought that it is Israel that is "forcing" this emigration. Centuries of Islamic persecution justified by the Shariah is the reason for the plight of the middle Eastern Christians pure and simple.

For example, in 2002, the equinox was on March 20 at 19:16 Universal Time. The full moon was on March 28 at 18:25 universal time. Jerusalem time would be 2 hours 21 minutes later than these: equinox at March 20 21:37 and full moon on March 28 at 20:46. (March 28 was also 15 Nisan, the first day of Unleavened Bread, in the Rabbinic calendar, and a Thursday). The following Sunday was March 31st. This was Easter according to the true sun, true moon, and meridian of Jerusalem. However, the Orthodox equinox was on April 3rd that year as every year, not March 20th, so Orthodox Easter was in the following lunar month. The next astronomical full moon after March 28th was on April 27th at 3:00 Universal time (5:21 Jerusalem time). This was a Saturday, so the Sunday following this full moon was April 28th. However, the Orthodox moon was not full until May 1st, so Orthodox Easter was on May 5th. Clearly the Orthodox churches use neither the true equinox nor the true moon.

Is this from an arch bishop or an imam or mufti? It is so sad to continue to see this dimmitude coming from Christian leaders. How much land was confiscated by the muslim invasions of the 7th century and beyond? This arch bishop is supporting a group of people who's holy book and hadiths teach them to prevent Christians from building new churches or repairing old ones, ie: new proclamation by grand mufti of Saudi Arabia and the actions of Muslims in Egypt sending huge mobs to burn churches that are repaired or added on to.

I won't even go into the atrocities of the Turks. Arch Bishop, what would the stance of someone like St. John of Damascus or St Gregory Palamas? I don't they would be too happy with your stance. So you are mad with Jews "judaising" their ancient homeland. What of Muslims islamicising all of the Chrisitan East? So sad.

Nobody should try to intimidate the Indian Orthodox Church in the name of split and separation. The church has always defended heretics and liars. For that the IOC has suffered a lot. All those who split away from the holy church either show a heart to acknowledge the truth, or show some maturity by remaining silent to issues that would cause diffidence.

Good article but there are some late breaking developments that are going to throw a wrench in the Jesus Tomb hype. Seems that the evidence actually points to a Hebrew tomb, not to Christians. Also, there is evidence of a direct relationship to the Book of Revelation's timelines and symbology.

We spent a long weekend in Istanbul by http://www.packagetoursturkey.... We had o idea where to visit but this tour company guided us and made our stay very enjoyable.
They communicated well through email prior to our visit, explaining all details and did not require money up front. We paid after the event. They picked us up from the airport and escorted us to the hotel, arranged a private guided tour around the city with and excellent English speaking guide. (his knowledge and English accent were perfect). The company had purchased tickets for the palace in advance which meant we did not have to queue.
In the evening we were collected from our hotel and taken to a boat for an evening dinner cruise with entertainment. A most enjoyable evening.
We were also collected from our hotel in good time for our return trip to the airport.All prices were very reasonable.They are to be recommended.
